Rob Andrews! Chris Christie! Dick Codey! Jon Corzine! John Crowley! Steve Lonegan!
Are you kidding me? Once again we have no champions for the citizens of the great state of New Jersey. Just the same old politicians who are out looking to take advantage of their constituents.
What about this guy - Kevin Rossi? He once ran for mayor of a small town and lost but maybe that's the kind of guy we need to be our next governor. He's one of us! He'll work for us not against us.
Does anyone know anything more about this guy?
As far as I know, he hasn't announced yet but if he does I will be taking a good look at him before I waste my vote on another loser liek Corzine.
I hope that the citizens of the great state of New Jersey have finally learned that all the mainstream politicians are all alike - crooks! Maybe if they have learned this they will vote into office come 2009 a governor of the people and not of the corporations that seem to think they can do whatever they want in this state and get away with it.
We need someone who is not part of the political establishment. Someone who is one of us - the working stiff who has to pinch every penny to make ends meet. We need someone who doesn't have to be rich or too smart but who simply knows what the people of this state need and want from their politicians - honesty and hard work!
We need someone who will do exactly as they promise and who will work tirelessly to fulfill those promises to make living and working in the state of New Jersey a good thing again.
We need lower property taxes - especially for the elderly.
We need jobs kept in this state and not sent overseas.
We need help with health care costs.
We need good schools, roads, industry and all that goes with it.
We need a hero!
But where do we find him or her? We always seem to look in all the wrong places.
Well how about this time we look amongst ourselves for that one person who is a simple man or woman just like us. Someone who will do the right thing for New Jersey and not for his friends or business associates.
But where is this person?
Please! Someone! Speak up now! We need you desperately!
